Neutral, I have put some time into thinking about it as well as asking around. Several of the old players that were around while you were staff had both good and bad things to say. Most of the objective ones said you were inefficient and unfit. My conclusion is you appear capable of being staff but until I see you in action I could never tell if you are as they claimed "unfit". I wish you luck.
