Hours Played on Server: I've played for roughly 350 hours, but it reset and now it's only 16. (Some people on the server will remember me from way back).
In at least 300 words, why should we allow you to join? I've been playing this server for a long time, and from my point of view, this server is severely lacking in moderation, and most of the time no staff is on. I think I'm well-known on this server, whether that's infamy or not I don't know.
I haven't been the most likable person on the server, but I will be unbiased, and will give fair moderation to users.
I want to be a moderator here because I hate to see rule-breakers destroying the server, and no one is there to stop it, it's common knowledge at this point that there's an hour of the day where prop-blockers, and RDMers are running around destroying everything, and I think I could help stop it.
I like to think that I'm a decent staff member, I've had experience in other servers which I did quite well on. This server is great, but I'm sad to see rule-breakers ruining others fun on here.
I want to be a moderator here because I'm sick and tired of seeing assholes running around, now I'm not going to spew some fake shit about how I'm an amazing moderator, and that I'm fair and just, but I know that I'd definitely help make this server a better place, and if you gave me a chance, I could show you that.

In at least 250 words, why do you qualify for this position? I've had experience with moderating in other servers, I can manage stressful situations pretty well, I tend to be responsible, and I know the player base well. I'm not perfect, but I think I could be a good contribution to the moderation team here at RPLand. I know ULX (to a degree), and I am definitely fast to respond, I think that this server definitely needs more moderation, and I could handle a fair bit of pressure without the help of other moderators (again, to a degree), I have a sense of humor, and when the players are acting chill I'll definitely be more relaxed to the players, I'm fair in terms of punishment, I won't be biased to players, and I'm definitely not going to disrupt the time of the other players, I'm confident I'd do well in moderating this server, I'm not here to ruin the time of other players, I'm just here to make it a little better, I'm not harsh in terms of punishment, I'll listen to my superiors, and will respect them.
I don't get upset easily in stressful situations, and can think clearly and calmly in these situations. I definitely hope that you consider this application because I strive to make this server a better place. (Also I'm sorry for being very repetitive with this, it's just hard to write 300 words of why I qualify here, I think I could've gotten my point across with a lot less ngl, anyway, thank you for taking the time to read all of this, keep it real)
What admins are usually on when you are on the server?: Most of the time, none.

1. You look at logs & see multiple killings from the same person, you then proceed to ban/kick them without taking a sit
2. You bring both the person who made the report & the reported person to a sit & try to resolve the issue with logs, talking to them, or any kind of visual legit evidence of the reported offence.
3. You hear a bunch of people saying that a specific person is breaking the rules, you then proceed to ban/kick them without talking to them or taking a sit

1. You bring the person who is prop blocking the persons house, and tell them to remove their prop or else they will get warned / jailed
2. You immediately just kick or ban the person prop blocking
